Alguacil & Perkoff is proud to introduce the TIPO™ Collection: a new frame system that reimagines the relationship between mirror and frame, creating a distinctive family of bespoke decorative mirrors for hospitality, residential and commercial interiors.
Strong Architectural Aesthetic
TIPO™ creates the appearance of a bold architectural frame while remaining slim. The mirror glass appears to float above the metal plane, creating subtle depth and shadow. Its clean, graphic design works across a wide range of interior styles, from contemporary and minimalist to Art Deco and mid-century inspired schemes.
One Frame Style, Flexible Installation
The TIPO™ design can be applied across a wide range of Alguacil & Perkoff mirror solutions, including ceiling-hung, wall-mounted, countertop and swivel mirrors. This allows the same distinctive frame language to be carried throughout a project, while adapting the installation and functionality to suit each individual space.
Freedom to Create
The TIPO™ system also separates the mirror glass from the frame, giving designers greater freedom to explore shapes, proportions and compositions, including combinations where the frame and mirror take on different forms.

Every aspect can be customised, including shape, dimensions, frame proportions, materials, finishes and mirror specification.

Drawing inspiration from the ancient Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, each piece is handcrafted using traditional casting techniques before being patinated polished individually to create highlights and enhance the natural character of the material.
