(1) Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-bespoke mirrors.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition

• Refunds for credit card payments will be issued to the original payment method

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues, contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

If the item being returned is valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
