(1) Shipping Terms

We offer worldwide express courier shipping, fully insured for all orders. Non-express shipping may be available for brass and bronze accessories. Please note:

All prices listed on our website exclude local taxes and import duties for destinations outside the United Kingdom. International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 1–2 working days

• International: 2–10 working days, depending on destination

Delivery times are calculated from the date of order confirmation, provided payment and (when applicable) written specification approval have been received. Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer. If no separate address is specified, delivery will be made to the billing address.

(3) Lead Times & Packaging

Our mirrors are made to order, with most items customised in our workshop in East London, United Kingdom. We ship worldwide using fully insured courier services and high-quality protective packaging. Over the years, we have developed highly effective packaging solutions designed to ensure the safe and secure delivery of our mirrors, especially for international shipments.

(4) Ordering Multiple Mirrors

If you are ordering multiple mirrors of the same type, please contact us in advance for a custom packing and shipping quote. Orders of this nature may not be accepted without confirmation of any additional fees required for appropriate packaging and shipment.

(5) Average Fabrication Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the mirror type:

• Frameless mirrors: approximately 3 to 4 weeks

• Framed mirrors: approximately 4 to 5 weeks

• Suspended mirrors: approximately 6 to 7 weeks

Please note: Lead times may be longer during the end-of-year holiday period or for certain bespoke/custom-made orders.

Production will begin only once full payment is received (or an approved instalment/account arrangement is in place), and written approval of all specifications has been provided, when requested.

Most brass and bronze accessories are available from stock.
